http://davidkretzmann.com/images/cspprofile.pngDavid Kretzmann was born and raised in Ananda Village, a cooperative community based in Nevada City, California. David began investing in stocks when he was 12 years old in 2005, and soon after he was writing about stocks and business on The Motley Fool. His interest expanded into economics and public policy after hearing and learning about Congressman Ron Paul in 2007 during the presidential debates.

When he visited Cite Ecologique, a Quebecer ecovillage community, in 2010, David clearly felt his passion involved working in cooperative communities. Whether or not this is a lifelong mission remains to be seen, but David is dedicated to creating and connecting communities around the world.
