I despise both Republicans and Democrats. But it’s important to recognize that it was a Democratic Congress and FDR, a very leftist president, who criminalized hemp and marijuana in 1937. Democrats criminalized hemp and marijuana. Blaming anyone else is sheer hypocrisy.
